Visit Food Sense Wales at the Royal Welsh Show 2025
Food Sense Wales is looking forward to being part of the Horticulture Village at this year’s Royal Welsh Show from July 21st – 24th.
Visit the Food Sense Wales area, where the team will be celebrating the Welsh Veg in Schools project and showcasing the inspiring work of Local Food Partnerships across Wales. We’ll also have two micro-gardens on show, planted with a selection of vegetables being grown for schools.
Daily Welsh Veg in Schools cookery demos will take place in the Dysgubor, using seasonal and local organic veg, and the Tuesday will be packed with Welsh Veg in Schools events, including a farmer-focused session and an event with Wales’ catering managers.
Co-ordinators from Wales’ Local Food Partnerships will also be on hand throughout the show, ready to chat about how they’re helping to transform their local food systems.
